The vision for Living Products is to help connect People to Nature in every possible space.
We have been accomplishing this through our first product, the Harita Bio - Pods.
Harita (हरिता), denotes the colour green, and also means "nature".
The HARITA bio-pods are a patented, modular vertical garden system that is elegant, stylish and brings nature into the smallest of spaces effortlessly;
while ensuring the plants are watered perfectly and keeping the system and surroundings clean, pest free and stress free.

The Living Products Story
In 2016 we at Deeproots Design, were commissioned to design the interior landscape for Infosys in Pune.
We realised that there were limited resources or landscape solutions for the interiors that were aesthetic and made a difference.
The idea to start a Landscape design studio that would create exclusive, creative and sustainable biophilic solutions was born.
The principle driving this was to connect to nature through spaces and products using well designed solutions.
We started a design studio called Living products (a product with a living component) on September 1st, 2016 with all our savings, 2 super talented designers and a passionate model maker.
We acquired a workshop to tinker in and started creating designs that were “out of the box” landscape products.
Living products is supported by a 22 year old Landscape firm called Deeproots Design, that has designed more than 250 projects.
Exchange of ideas, approach, technical information on the plant varieties, installation designs, irrigation and soil testing were all plugged into the process.
The outcome were a set of designs that were out of the box and created a strong buzz in the market.
As the feedback was encouraging, the studio decided to launch it one at a time after patenting them.
Our first product - The Harita series was thus introduced. Harita means Greenery/Nature. These are fluid, dancing bio pods that are aesthetically beautiful and allow for co-creation by its various configurations. It takes care of all the “pain points” like mosquito breeding, ease of maintenance, plants in tight spaces, indoors plants without water leakage and customized solutions.
Harita ushers in wellness and happiness by bringing nature closer to us.
